The staff were warm and cute, we felt at home from the start. The beachfront is perfect for relaxation, but be ready for a 10-minute bus ride to the city center for more dining options.

The hotel is build in bungalow style in a rather large area in levels on a steep hill side. The access to the upper part of the cliff is done by outdoor elevators. The view from the higher level rooms with sea view is amazing. The lobby and surrounding public area is big and relaxing. The beach is the best in Syros 10 meters from the hotel pool, the food (breakfast and dinner) is satisfactory, the pool is large, swimming runs for working out is possible. There is a good tavern adjacent to the pool/beach. The access to the sea is sand-free by pool-style ladders at the deep side of the Galissas gulf. There is a nice gift shop in the hotel offering souvenirs with good price/quality ratio. In 20 min drive you can get anywhere on the Island. The air conditioner is strong and operates even with open balcony doors.

The restaurant outdoor area is limited with respect to the number of occupants, therefore at pick breakfast time 9:30 - 10:30 it is not possible to find an outdoor table. The room decoration and amenities are basic and not 4 star. The bathroom, even though spacious, is basic with limited space for toiletries on the sink. The sink was semi-clogged with hair. The water pressure at the shower was very low. We paid a higher price for a double Superior whatever room... What a saw was a basic room with a small balcony. The fridge was barely working.

The view from the room was breath taking. The beach by the hotel was the best on the island.

In my wife's opinion, a later pool closing time would be nice.

The Dolphin Bay Hotel is a wonderful and elegant oasis. From its simple yet captivating architecture, to its wonderful staff the hotel provides the perfect escape. The subtle elegance is refreshing, the service is genuine. Its location allows for leisurely strolls along the island. The breakfast restaurant, the pool bar, the greek taverna, all contribute to making this a most relaxing holidays. I would recoment this hotel as a good home base for enjoying this island in rsonable rates.

Free parking on site provided. Neat, luxurious room with a double bed, an amazing view plus a rich buffet breakfast, and AMIABLE staff.

Consider using the evening childcare services to enjoy some adult time while the kids are entertained with various activities.

The rooms of the hotel are very nice, spacious and elegant. Breakfast is excellent and the staff of the hotel is nice. The beach is 20 meters away from the hotel. Best location and value for money.

Fantastic location on a very quiet sandy beach. Staff extremely helpful and professional, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent quality of the food. Very large room and comfortable. Fantastic value for money. We will be back.

Dolphin Bay offers a pleasant experience with well-appointed, clean accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. While the air conditioning could be more effective, and the WiFi connectivity needs improvement, the friendly staff and the good breakfast options made our stay enjoyable overall.

No double beds or beach towels

Clean and spacious room with terrific views of the bay. 25m swimming pool. Very close to the beach. Nice choice if you're looking for some rest and relaxation by the pool/sea in Syros. Breakfast is nice with a good choice compared with other hotels in Syros. Dolphin Bay is the nicest place in Galissas for sure. However, Galissas itself can be very quiet so this isn't a good choice if you're looking for lively nights!

Just returned from an amazing 6-night stay with my family, where the kids loved the pool area and the delicious lunchboxes for our early ferry! The room was clean but had some outdated decor.
